1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Kasa Tech (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our internal content-publishing applications, which we use to upload and publish our own original music videos to our own social media accounts, including TikTok.

2. Information We Access

When we connect our own TikTok account through TikTok’s official Login Kit and Content Posting API, we access only what is required to publish our content:

• Basic account information (open ID and display name) to confirm which account is authorized.
• An OAuth access token and refresh token used to upload and publish videos on our behalf.

We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to other TikTok users, viewers, or third parties.

3. How We Store Information

Authentication tokens are stored locally on our own private systems and are used only to authenticate uploads to our own accounts. Tokens are never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.

4. How We Use Information

The information we access is used exclusively to authenticate with the relevant platform API and to upload and publish our own video content. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to publishing our own content.

5. Data Retention & Revocation

Access tokens are retained only while needed to publish content and can be revoked at any time from the connected account’s security settings. Once revoked, the token can no longer be used.

6. Third-Party Services

Our applications interact with third-party APIs (TikTok, YouTube). Data handled by those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
